New Addition to the family!
So after an incident last night in the neighborhood we finally decided to take the plunge and get a dog. I just happened to look on craigslist today and saw an ad for a free dog. It all sounded so good. So we decided to meet her. She came over and the girls loved her. She was very good with the girls. She's a happy dog and has had some training. So she does know a few commands. She's a german shepard/lab mix.

Hello, Rose. Nice to meet you. Hope nothing serious happened in the neighborhood.
Nothing too serious. Just gun shots and yelling down the street and some strange guy walking in the dark with something in his arm (gun, broom stick?). But he was never found. Apparantly occasional shots fired at night by these drunk rednecks out here is very common.
